My computer knowledge begins at the age of 4 when my father brought home our first computer. I learned to type and write on it and by the end of high school I could type very quickly, had built my first and second computer and had worked a summer job for the City of Berkeley’s IT department. After that I started working at an investment firm where I was in charge of keeping the workstations running at all costs as any downtime could be large amounts of losses for both clients and the company. I did this until departing for Japan in 2011.
I spent the next 7 years first teaching English in Tokyo at a language school (one-on-one lessons) and privately with my own company in various parts of Japan before finally returning to the US. During that time I really learned patience and refined my ability to simplify things but still effectively teaching what needed to be learned.
I finally returned to America where I got a job working for Apple ending up both in the technical support side in stores and then over the phone once covid-19 hit.
This brings me to now on the island of Kauai where I am here to put all of those skills and my knowledge to use in teaching and helping you all with your troubles. I look forward to meeting and learning about you while helping support you as best as I can.

For the 1st time, we have someone, who, as our IT guy, we can understand when he explains himself. Nathan is highly experienced with both apple & windows operating systems. He is very personable, skilled & moves quickly through his work. His fees are quite reasonable & he comes to our home, which we genuinely appreciate! It’s not fun when our devices require attention, but never before have we gad someone we could rely upon to the degree we can him. Who can return us to a state of normalcy as swiftly & as personably as Nathan does. He has our strong five star rating & we are genuinely enthusiastic to call him friend!!!

Nathan took the time to really understand my unique issues and worked with me to find the best solution. The first time he helped me he succeeded in updating a Quicken file that two other computer professionals could not accomplish, and that even the Quicken help desk failed to do. He thinks outside the box to come up with alternative solutions and makes sure I understand each step of the way. He also makes good suggestions for when and what to buy to solve problems with aging hardware or software. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to learn about their devices or has problems with them and needs solutions or updating.
